She was born to David M. and Susan M. (Good) Beckering in St. Charles.
Melanie, a registered nurse, graduated from St. Charles High School and Missouri Baptist School of Nursing. She had been employed at Missouri Baptist Hospital and most recently at Novamed.
Melanie is survived by her parents of St. Charles, her brother Michael, her sister Michelle, both of St. Charles, and her grand-mother Peggy Good of St. Charles and step-grandmother Audrey Good of Maryland Heights along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Melanie loved her work as a nurse. She had a special talent for decorating and was especially good with babies and small children. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
