They died in what was Osage County, MO but is now Maries County. Both couples are believed to be buried at the Old Henry Volmert Farm, later owned by Sylvester Buschmann, in Maries County, MO, near Vienna.
The site is unmarked but indicated on property descriptions as a cemetery; the Maries County Historical Society took some descendants of Isaac and Gilbert to the site, where they have located the graves of 4 adults (2 males, 2 females).
Children of Gilbert and Frances:
Elizabeth - 1812
John - 1814
Judith - 1815
Mahala - 1817
William - 1821
Sarah - 1821
Archibald - 1823
Isaac - 1824
James - 1825
Pleasant - 1827
Talitha "Sally" - 1831
Moses - 1832
Stephen - 1833
In a court document filed by Frances "Franky" Crismon after Gilbert's death in 1851, there is also mention of Lewis, Polly Joyce, and Camille Thompson. It states that their youngest sons Moses and Stephen are deceased at that time (the story goes they died from alkali poisoning from water they drank on the Oregon trail).
So, I'm not sure that I have identified all their children. If anyone knows more, please let me know.
I have linked my GG-Grandfather James Crismon to Gilbert and Frances. I will leave it to the descendants of their other children to do their links.
