Ruby was the daughter of George Cooke and Emma Rader.

OBIT:

Mrs. Ruby Cooke Noyes, 5, daughter of a Kittitas Valley pioneer family, died Wednesday night in the Ellensburg General Hospital where she was taken after suffering a stroke Tuesday.

Mrs. Noyes was born April 18, 1898 at Ellensburg. She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Cooke, pioneer farmers and cattle ranchers.

She attended Ellensburg public schools and had lived here all her life. She was married to Wallace Noyes on June 3, 1941 at Lewiston, Idaho. He survives her at their Ellensburg home.

Mrs. Noyes is survived also by two sons, Lowell Baird of Puyallup and Wilfred Baird Jr., in the Army at Fort Bragg, N.C.; two sisters, Mrs. Kate Bull of Calgary, Alta, Canada and Mrs. Florence Roe of Omak; and two brothers, Guy Cooke of Ellensburg and Lloyd Cooke of Tacoma.

Funeral arrangements are being made by the Evenson funeral Home.
