Obituary

Anna Marie Boss was born in Angelsback, Hesse State, Germany, Nov 1, 1856. Died at her home in Alexandria, Nebr., Jan. 7, 1911, age 54 years, 2 months and 6 days. She came to America at the age of 16 and at the age of 22 came to Nebraska. On June 5th, 1878 she was married to George Wiesel. To this union eight children were born of which two of them preceed their mother in death, Adolph T. at the age of 11 and Philip T. at the age of 16. She leaves to mourn her departure a husband and six children, a number of other relatives and a host of friends.

with the passing of Mrs. Weisel a good woman has gone to her reward. She was a faithful wife, a loving devoted mother and a sincere Christian, having been a member of the Presbyterian church for a number of years. Rev. E.J. Ulmer conducted a short funeral service at eh home at 1 o'clock Monday afternoon after which Rev. F.A. Lewis preached the funeral sermon in the Presbyterian church. --- Alexandria Argus
