George B. Edgar was born February 21, 1862 to Benjamin Franklin and Eliza Jane Key Edgar. On September 7, 1884 he married Eliza Ann Ferguson and they had the following children: Rilla Francis, Grover Louis, Pearl, Ruth and Claude. He had 3 other children that died young, Caroline, James and Ida. George died May 1,1934.
