Ada Jefferson Johnson was born December 8, 1885 (corrected year, see References) in Bagwell, Red River County, Texas, daughter of Walter Johnson and Alice M. (Rodgers) Johnson.

Ada is the twin sister of Ida and sister of Charles "Charlie" (1880); Walter L. (1882) and half sister of Effie S. Sperry (1891) and Hubert Sperry (1897).

She married Augustus "Gus" N. Eubank. The Eubank children include Elmer James (1904); Shelby Nathaniel (1905); Jack Richard (1909); Ida Mildred (1911); Bonnie Jean and Betty Jo (1924) Eubank. On December 5, 1944, Gus preceded her in death.

On Thursday, April 25, 1946 at age 60, Ada J. (Johnson) Eubank of 842-13th SE St, Paris, Texas, died at 10:15 a.m. at St. Joseph's Hospital in Paris. She had been in ill health some time. The funeral was held on Saturday morning, April 27, at 10 a.m. at Calvary Methodist Church of Paris with the pastor, Rev W. W. Pittman, presiding. Arrangements with Brown-Roden Funeral Home with burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Paris, Lamar County, TX.
