Mrs. John Woznick, 69, of 408 N. Sixth St., Manitowoc, died Sunday afternoon at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Cyril Van Hesswyck will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Woznick, nee Emma Wingate, was born April 17, 1903, at Schiocton, daughter of the late Frank and Mary Beyer Wingate. She was married to John Woznick May 18, 1925 at Manitowoc where the couple always resided. She was a member of the Rosary Society of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, four sons, John Jr., Vernon and Richard, of Manitowoc and William G., of Green Bay; a daughters, Mrs. Thomas (Mary) Hoffman, of Manitowoc; a brother, George, of Appleton; a sister, Mrs. Oliver Phillips, of Manitowoc and 18 grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday until the time of service. Memorial service will be at 8 p.m. Tuesday.
