Her birth date as cited by U.S. sources is two or three days off from her actual birth date. Her death certificate in Ohio mentions her father's first name is Ignatius, a relatively and that is indeed the name of her father in her birth record. The second image is her husband's 1842 birth record in a nearby village. There's a lengthy annotation on that birth record about Jan Kazimour's eventual marriage to Josefa Drazdik from Jickovice 35 on June 30, 1872.
