She is survived by her husband, Calvin C. Cahail, and eight children, Albert F., Mattie M., William, Elnora, Bertha, Cora, Nina and Jay; twenty-two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; also two sisters, Mrs. Minerva Kinneman and Mrs. Minerva Cahail. One daughter preceded her to the Heavenly Home at the age of ten years.
Mrs. Cahail was converted at an early age and joined the United Brethren Church at Woodston, Kansas, and after moving to Trego County, transferred her membership to the Methodist Church at Ogallah, Kansas. She was a good Christian woman, a loving wife and mother and a kind friend, always doing for others and helping in their hour of need.
The funeral services were conducted at her home by Rev. Franklin on December 5th. On December 6th the body was taken to her former home at Woodston, Kansas, where services were conducted at the Methodist Church by Rev. Bridwell. She was laid to rest in the Woodston Cemetery."
