Robert Henry Moorefield Sr., 77, of 1007 Glenwood Ave. died
Saturday at HealthHaven Nursing Home.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Glenwood Presbyterian Church, of which he was a member. Burial will be in Guilford Memorial Park.
A native of Halifax County, Va., he was a retired paint contractor. He was a member of the Fellowship Sunday School Class, the Men of the Church and the Sunshine Club.
Surviving are wife, Mrs. Neda Smith Moorefield; son, Robert H. Moorefield Jr. of Greensboro; sisters, Mrs. Frances Riddle of Halifax, Va., Mrs. Edith Talley of Alton, Va.; brothers, James Moorefield, Joe Moorefield, both of Greensboro, Allen Moorefield of South Boston, Va.; one grandchild.
