She was born in Chester County, S. C., the daughter of the late Mr. Will Barber and Mrs. Edwina G. Barber
She was the wife of the late Mr. Nathaniel Moffatt
Mrs. Moffatt was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church of which she was a member of various organizations of the church. She was a member of Weeping Chapter #112, Order Of Eastern Stare She attended public schools of Chester County and York County she graduated from a School Of Nursing & cosmetology in Baltimore, Md.
Survivors include her son Mr Aubra N. Moffatt,of Baltimore,Maryland; daughter-in-law Mrs. Joyce P.Moffatt, Baltimore, Md, one adopted daughter Donna Cranford, Baltimore, Maryland; mother; Elwina Barber Rock Hill, S. C., mother_in_law;Mary Moffatt, Rock Hl1, S. C. Four grand chi1dren.Also three sisters Mrs. Henrietta Wilkes and Mrs Mable Knox both of Rock Hill, S. C0, and Mrs. Sadie Buckson, Brookly, N.Y ,Four brothers; Mr. James Barber and Mr. John Barber both of Rock Hill, S. C. Mr. William A. Barber, Columbia,SC., and Mr. Warren Barber, Ba1timore, Maryland.
A host of aunts, uncles,nieces, nephews, in1aws an other sorrowing relatives and friends.
