Mr. Miles Bonner, of Vail, died on Tuesday morning, at the advanced age of 93 years. He was born in Donegal, Ireland, followed the sea life several years and was the owner of two fleets at one time. He emigrated to this country sixty years ago was employed at Bald Eagle Furnace several years, and was a hard working man all his life, and was the oldest citizen in Snyder township. He was a consistent member of the Catholic Church. He leaves four daughters to mourn his loss and has 32 grand-children, 38 great grand children, Misses Sarah and Fannie remain at home; Mrs. Alex. Kennedy, of Sandy Ridge and Mrs. A. Woomer, are the only children now living, having seven dead. His remains were interred in the Catholic cemetery this afternoon. He buried his wife, it will be remembered, the last of March, since which time he had never been out of bed.
