Karan Gayle Andrew, 53, of Springfield, formerly of Alton, died Thursday at St. John's Hospital.
She was born Aug. 25, 1942, in St. Louis, the daughter of Samuel Randall and Violet Althea Aulabaught Keasler.
Mrs. Andrew moved to Springfield from Alton in 1960.
She was employed by Ameritech for 30 years, retiring in May 1994. She was a graduate of Alton High School and a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.
Survivors: a daughter, Deborah Andrew of Springfield; two grandsons; two brothers, David Keasler of Alton and Tim Keasler of Searcy, Ark.; two sisters, Marcheta Zullig of Independence, Mo., and Terry McNamara of Mound, Minn.; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services: 1 p.m. Wednesday, Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home, the Rev.
Kevin Sullivan officiating. Burial: Oak Hill Cemetery, near Riverton.
