JULIA BUONCERVELLO, 90, of Park Avenue, a retired beauty shop manager, died Sunday at the home of her sister in Cranston.
She was the wife of the late John J. Buoncervello.
A lifelong Cranston resident, she was the daughter of the late Domenico and Maria (Pezza) Spirito.
Mrs. Buoncervello was the manager of Rawlins Beauty Shop on Academy Avenue in Providence for 20 years before she retired. She had also been employed by the state.
She was a communicant of St. Mary Church and a member of St. Mary Feast Society Women's Auxiliary. She was a 1935 graduate of the Academy of Beauty Culture.
She is survived by a son, a daughter, three sisters, a brother and two granddaughters.
She was the sister of the late Mary Del Bonis, Nellie McElroy, Carlo Spirito Sr. and Domenico Spirito.
