Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Knowles Crews (1886-1950), 64, widow of William N. Crews, who passed away at her home in Bardin Monday night were held at the Primitive Baptist Church in Bardin, Wednesday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Willie McCullough officiating. Interment was made in the family plot in the church cemetery under the direction of W. Carl Davis and Son.
Pallbearers were Wardell Key, Durrell Key, Lloyd Davis, Alfred Bryant, Willie Roberts and Clyde Smith.
The deceased, a lifelong resident of Putnam County, is survived by seven children, Enoch Harold, William Rayburn and Ormond Crews, Mrs. Edith Irene Rich and Mrs. Katherine H. Keyy, Bardin, and Elic Ferrell and Pat Orval Crews, Sunnihites; 13 grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. F. Ellsworth, Bostwick and Mr. N. Wilkinson, Palatka.
