Paralysis of the Throat is Fatal
Paralysis of the throat was the cause of the death of Ambrose Heitz. who died at his home at St. Johns in Butler township at 2:15 o'clock Monday morning. He was stricken with the disease eight days previously and had not been able to take nourishment or medicine during that time.
Mr. Boltz was born in Butler township Oct. 13, 1859, and had always redided there. He and Laura Swisher were married Dec. 29. 1887.
Surviving besides the widow are four children, Byrl Heitz of New Era, Homer, at home, Mrs. Walter Thrush of Butler township, and Mrs. King Oberlin of west of Butler. Surviving also is one brother, Joseph, of Butler township, who is the last of a family of eleven children. The relatives also include seven grandchildren.
Mr. Heitz was a member of the Butler M.P. church. The funeral was held at the church Wednesday afternoon, the Rev. Radcliffe, officiating. Interment was made at Cedar Chapel.
