Born in Albany, November 7, 1910, she was daughter of the late Robert Clarkson and Mary McNamara Clarkson and wife of the late Harvey Abbott and John Almond.
Marion was owner and operator with her husband Harvey of the M&H Grocery Store on Poestenkill for many years.
Survivors include 2 daughters, Frances A. and Wally Thomas of Tucson, AZ and Gladys and Warren Bonesteel of Tucson, AZ; five grandchildren, Bruce (Nancy) Bonesteel of Averill Park, Beth (Stan) Bobel of Rensselaer, Brian (Margaret) Bonesteel of Wynantskill, Wally (Shelly) Thomas of Saratoga, and Marion (Dave) Gifford of Ohio; five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers, Walter, William and Robert Clarkson and two sisters, Helen Burdick and Hazel Dingman.
She will be laid to rest at Memory's Garden in Colonie.
