Bozarth, Wayne I., 63, of Woodland, died March 18, 1969 in Vancouver. He was born Feb. 28, 1906 in Grass Valley, Ore., and lived most of his life in Woodland as a dairy farmer. He was a member of the Christian Church, Woodland Grange, Pomona Grange, State and National Grange and the Kelso Elks. He also served a term as Mayor of Woodland from June 1958, to June 1962. Survivors include his widow, Irene, at home; three sons, Wayne O., of Vancouver, Lyle H., of Woodland, Claron A., of the U.S. Army in New Jersey; one daughter, Mrs. Laureta M. Knight of Woodland; one brother, Linton of Woodland; ten grandchildren. Services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at the Christian Church in Woodland with the Rev. Finis Johnson officiating. Interment in Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Vancouver. Woodland Funeral Home is in charge.
