She was preceded in death by her parents, ten siblings and son-in-law Michael Locke. She is survived by her husband of 72 years Noble Stephens, daughter, Gretchen Locke; grandchildren, Angela (Paul) Frankmann, Melissa (Scott) Quilty and Mark (Karen) Locke; and 9 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister, Sue Bowden.
She was beloved by her family and friends and will be missed by all who knew her.
