Luevenia Hester Dennis, 71 of Elizabethtown passed away Sunday evening, along with her husband, from injuries sustained in a two vehicle automobile accident in Hardin County. She was a daughter of the late Auther Lee Hester & Ida Florence Dorsey Hester. She was a housewife and a member of the Little Flock Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters: Tammy Parker & Debbie Dennis both of Elizabethtown; Two grandchildren-Ashley Marie Johnston & Brittany Nicole Johnston; Five brothers-James Hester of Louisville, Albert Herman Hester of Bullitt County, Rev. Cleo Hester of Eastview, Freeman Hester of Munfordville, Donnie Kay Hester of Elizabethtown
She was preceded in death by brothers and sister Leon & Ervin Hester and Hazel Marie Horn
Funeral services for Luevenia & Johnie Dennis will be 1pm Saturday, August 24 in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with Bro. Cleo Hester and Bro. Adam Jenkins officiating. Burial will be in the Center Point Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 2-9pm, Friday from 8am-9pm and Saturday after 8am at the Sego Funeral Home. The family request that memorial donations be made to the Center Point Cemetery Fund. These donations may be left at the Sego Funeral home.
