Walt was born in Columbia, CT (not on the list of towns). He married his 'Lizer' on 4/24/1909 & they enjoyed a long life together, celebrating their 50th anniversary in April 1959. They had 4 children. At the time of their marriage, Walt was a 'teamster'. He worked at Cheney Mills & later Rogers Paper Co, both companies in Manchester, CT.
They had 7 grandchildren & also great-grandchildren. Walt or "Pa" enjoyed gardening & some farming, like his Mayflower & Revolutionary War & War of 1812 Ancestors.
