Kathy passed away unexpectedly on July 6, 2012 in Kirkland, WA. Kathy is survived by her children, Chad Chapman and Madison and Corbin Willmorth, brother Charles, longtime dear friend Sylvia, husband Karsten, and father Jimmy (Shirley). She is preceded in death by her mother Diane and brother Jeff.
A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, July 28, 2012, at Lake Sammamish Foursquare Church, 14434 NE 8th St, Bellevue, WA 98007.
