Services for Anita Lois Wylie, age 84, of Palestine, Texas will be at 10:00 A.M. Friday at Bailey & Foster Chapel with Rev. Bill Rodgers officiating. Burial will follow in Rock Church Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster. Mrs. Wylie died August 31, 2015, at Palestine Regional Medical Center. She was born October 2, 1930, in Palestine to George Alfred Alford and Lottie Rogers Alford. Mrs. Wylie was a homemaker. Mrs. Wylie was an Elder at Swanson Hill Community Church where she served as treasurer. She also served as past secretary for Crawford Cemetery Association. Mrs. Wylie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, J. Robert Wylie, a sister Eurita Rieger, brothers, Virgil Alford and Adrian Alford. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Allen Alford, Darrell Alford, Carla Cubstead, Ada Jackson, Paulia Sacket, Paul Rieger, David Alford and Mary Cohrs. Pallbearers will be Cody Alford, Paul Rieger, Rick Sacket, Frelynn Cohrs, Craig Alford and Allen Alford. Honorary pallbearers will be Darrell Alford and Mike Cubstead.
