She was born on October 29, 1940 in Pawnee Oklahoma the 11th of 13 children to the late William "Smokey" Johnson, and Nolia Lee Johnson.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Abraham Abington, her parents, William "Smokey" Johnson, and Nolia Lee Johnson; her children, Jeffrey, Roslind, Antonio, Wesley, infant son and daughter; grandchildren, Abram, Noah, Gregory Jr., great grandchild, Charlee, and her brothers and sisters.

Services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, August 10, 2013 at the First Baptist Church, Pawnee, Oklahoma. Interment will be at Highland Cemetery, Pawnee, Oklahoma.
