BELLOMY, MR. ALFRED "BUD" - age 70 of Harriman, passed away Monday, December
11, 2006 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. He was a man of strong
faith. He loved working, especially on his farm; he loved life and his
fellow man. Bud was a very active member of the Clax Gap Baptist Church
where he served as the song leader. He was retired from Kiser-Roth after
almost 50 years of service. He was preceded in death by: step-son, Bruce
Edwards. He is survived by: wife, Marvis Devaney Bellomy; daughters and
sons-in-law, Deborah and Steve Peddicord of Rockwood, Freda and LeGrand
Kelly of Indian Trial, NC and Annette Hart of Rockwood; brothers, Lewis
Bellomy of Scottsboro, AL and Douglas Bellomy of Mobile, AL; sisters, Joan
Hall of Harriman and Louise Green of Dutton, AL; grandchildren, Andrew and
Angel Hart, Starr Haigler, Joy Kelly, Casey and Zack Peddicord;
step-children, Barbara Keeney and husband David and Keith Edwards; step
grandchildren, Melissa and Cindy Edwards. The family will receive friends
Wednesday, December 13, 2006 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at Davis Funeral Home,
Harriman. Funeral services will follow at 8:00 pm. Graveside services will
be Thursday, December 14, 2006 at 11:00 am in the Clax Gap Cemetery.
