Benjamin Wendler died at his home, No. 202 Conestoga street, on Tuesday night, death resulting from lockjaw. The deceased, who was thirty-eight years of age, had been employed at Bomberger's planing mill, where he had several fingers cut in a circular saw several weeks ago and tetanus developed, causing his death. His wife, eight children, and these brothers and sisters survive: John Wendler, of Columbia; Mrs. John Short, Lancaster; Harry Wendler, of Baltimore; Mrs. George Dorwart, of Lancaster, and Samuel Wendler, of Lancaster.
