The Oklahoman, Tuesday, Nov 15, 1977: Services for Mrs Pearl White, of 912 NW 15, are pending with Guardian Midtown Funeral Home. Mrs White died Sunday at St Anthony Hospital. Born in McAlester, she moved to Shawnee as a child and to Oklahoma City in 1914.

She was an active member of Wesley United Methodist Church where she belonged to the Two in One Sunday School Class and was a life member of the Service Guild. She belonged to the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary for 40 years. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs Myrtle Hoerlein, Shawnee; and Mrs Florence Boettler, Fresno, CA.
