Norman Vernon Haake passed away at his home near Daykin, on Tusday, July 29, 1947 following a lingering illness of about one year, at the age of 35 years, 10 month and 18 days.
Norman Vernon Haake was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Haake, born September 1, 1911. He was confirmed in the St. Johns Lutheran Church in Daykin.
On August 17, 1935 he was united in marriage to Miss Wilda Baldwin of near Tobias. To this union 3 sons were born.
They have since resided in the Daykin vicinity.
He is survived by his wife, Wilda Haake, 3 sons, Vernon, Larry and Donald Haake,his parents Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Haake, and sister Erma, all of near Daykin.
Funeral servics were held at the St. Johns Lutheran church in Daykin on Saturday afternon with Rev. H. CC Damm conducting the services. Interment in the churh cemetery.
