LEE, BERKSHIRE Co., MA - The Funeral of Oscar A. Sweet was held from his home of his daughter, Mrs. Edward Clark in East Lee this afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. John Barstow of the Lee Congregational church conducted the services at the house and a delegation from Rockell G. A. R. post of Pittsfield had charge of the arrangement at the house; acted as bearers; and conducted there ritultistic services at the grave. Mr. Sweet wore his uniform, his gun, canteen, bayonet and knapsack, the lower part of his body was wrapped in the folds of a United States Flag. jar END:
