Mr. Harold Lee Jordan, age 69, of Greenwood Dr., Carrollton, Ga., passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2007. He was born March 26, 1938 in Jefferson County, Alabama, to the late Zannie Davis Jordan and Euell Cleveland Jordan. Mr. Jordan was a retired supervisor having worked for the Southwire Company for 30 years. He was as ordained Baptist minister and attended Liberty Baptist Church. He was an avid musician who enjoyed the guitar and an antique car enthusiast. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister and brother in law, Joyce & B.J. Davison. Survivors include his wife, Ruth Adams Jordan; two sons and a daughter in law, David Jordan of Panama City, FL., and Danny & Kim Jordan of Cumming, Ga.; sisters and their spouses, Betty & Bobby Boatright of Carrollton, Martha & L.C. Sailors of Ranburne, AL., and Debbie & Ronnie Thomas of Mt. Zion; two grand children, Zachary Jordan & Taylor Jordan both of Cumming; also sisters in law and their spouses, Frances Walker of Carrollton, Evelyn Noles of Roopville and Shirley & Lawrence Nelson of Bowdon. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, November 1, 2007 at 2 PM, with Rev. Ken Bowman and Rev. Cecil Davis officiating. Eulogies will be by David & Danny Jordan. Pall bearers will be Steve Walker, Mike Bradley, Steve Burson, Mark Sailors, Gary Herring and Wayne Robinson. Interment will follow in Carroll Memory Gardens.
