Survivors include husband, Raymond Bernard of the home, a son, Robert Funk of St. Joseph, MO, six daughters, Penny Canchola, Vickie Funk, Tammy Bernard all of St. Joseph, MO. Brenda Allman of Independence, MO, Frances Bernard, and Rachelle Bernard both of St. Joseph, MO.
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at 10:00 AM, at the Rupp Funeral Home, officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday at the Rupp Funeral Home. Ms. Bernard will be cremated following the funeral service, and the Inurnment will be at the King Hill Cemetery at a later date. Memorials are requested to the.
