Frank Phillips, formerly employed in various Red Lodge establishments as a clerk and recently engaged in vulcanizing at a local garage, died Sunday morning at his home after an illness with influenza and pneumonia of only three days duration. The deceased was 30 years of age and was married two years ago last fall to Mary Ellen Pauley of Bowler. Since his marriage and until last fall he had spent most of his time ranching near that place. Besides his wife, he is survived by one child, a year old. The funeral was held Monday.
