Frances Ivey Barfield, 71, of Woodfield Apartments, died June 2, 2005, at Glenflora Retirement Center in Lumberton.
There will be a graveside funeral 3 p.m. Saturday at Barfield family cemetery in Orrum, the Rev. Frank Campbell officiating.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jasper Barfield; a daughter, Becky Freeman; and her parents, Mark and Pearl Ivey.
Surviving are a son, Eddie Claude Barfield and his wife, Brenda, of Orrum; a daughter, Ruby Williamson and her husband, John Daniel, of Maxton; two brothers, Wilton Ivey and John Bass, both of Fairmont; four grandchildren, Stephonie Smith, Chris Barfield, Angela Cespedes and Asley Williamson; and three great-grandchildren, Rebecca, Brian and Ricky.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Floyd Funeral Services of Fairmont and at other times at the home of her son, Eddie Claude Barfield, 1949 Bethesda Church Road, Orrum.
