When founded , the firm was in the Woodruff building, later moving to a location now occupied by McDonald's Dress Shop.

In 1955 the firm moved to its fourth location, at 30-32 Public Square in the Chamber of Commerce Building.

Ending his association, with Park-Elitharp, Inc., in Sept. 1959, Mr. Elitharp and his wife moved to Liverpool to be nearer their sons, Richard, who was then residing in North Syracuse, and Dr. Elitharp, of Liverpool.
