Funeral services are pending at the Evenson Funeral Home for Mrs. A. J. McCracken, 64, Rt. 1, who died suddenly Wednesday afternoon at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital.

Reeta Belle Oliver was born June 11, 1900 in Idaho and was married to A. J. McCracken in May 1921 at Clarkston. They came here in 1927. She taught school in the Prosser area before coming here. She was a member of the First Methodist Church, president of Mothers' Club, a longtime Girl Scout leader, active in Red Cross and a member of Eastern Star.

Survivors include her husband at the family home, two sons, Marvin of Ellensburg and Loren of Yakima; two daughters, Mrs. Florence Frye of Flagstaff, Arizona and Mrs. Coralie Derrick of Yakima, and seven grandchildren.

Other survivors are her mother, Mrs. Laura Oliver and a brother, Earl Oliver, both of Clarkston; three sisters, Bonnie Reiber of Portland, Ora Orberg of Gennesee, Idaho and Irma Jackson of Lafayette, Oregon.
