Nancy Toney is buried in an unmarked grave. She was the daughter of Judge Benjamin and Susannah (Collins) Youngblood. Judge Youngblood was one of the first quorum justices in the Mississippi Territory. He was a quorum justice in Jackson Co. in 1812. After Mississippi became a state, he was a quorum justice in Marion Co. from February 20, 1819 to 1822.
