Susie Edna Jamison, 74, of Thompsontown RR1, died at 8:00 p.m., Monday, June 10, 1996 at her residence.

Born June 13, 1921 at Liverpool Township, Perry County, she was the daughter of the late Elisha A. and Sarah Kreitzer Benner.

June 22, 1944, she was married to Eugene Harold Jamison, who survives.

Mrs. Jamison attended Meiserville Grammar School. She was a homemaker and mother, having been employed for five years at Liverpool Dress Factory, Liverpool. For the past seven years Mrs. Jamison was a care giver to her husband, who is confined to a wheelchair.

She enjoyed baking. Mrs. Jamison was a member of Turkey Valley United Methodist Church, Millerstown RR2, and Thompsontown Ambulance League.

She is survived by three children, Larry E. Jamison, Mifflintown RR2, Connie L. Liddington, Newport RR1, and Bonnie S. Burdge, East Waterford RR1; a brother, Charles Benner, Harrisburg; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Gloria J. Goodling, December 26, 1994; a son, Dale R. Jamison, September 11, 1988; four brothers, Allen, Hayes, Arthur and Walter Benner; one sister, Catherine Swartz; and one granddaughter, Christine A. Liddington.

The funeral service was conducted Saturday from Turkey Valley United Methodist Church, with her pastor, Rev. Salvatore Buonocore, officiating. Interment was in Bethlehem Cemetery, Millerstown RR2.

The George P. Garman Funeral Home, Liverpool, was in charge of arrangements.
