Mrs. Muriel Lea Peale, wife of Richard Peale of 731 S. Second St., Clearfield. died in her home at 12:01 p.m. Saturday. She was 73.
Born at Catawissa Aug 13, 1889, a daughter of the late Asa and Henrietta (Vastine) Spencer, she is survived, in addition to her husband, by a daughter Mrs. Ronald (Judith) Strattan, and a sister, Miss Sara Spencer, both of Clearfield. A grandson also survives.
She was a member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church.
Friends may call in the Peale residence from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. Private funeral services will be held tomorrow with the Rev. Arthur Wilkinson officiating. Interment will be in Crown Crest Memorial Park.
