Richard sailed on the "Mary & John" in 1630, with the Winthrop fleet and settled in Windsor in 16345/35. According to "Bidwell Family History, 1587-1982" Vol. 1, compiled by Joan J. Bidwell [Gateway Press, Inc. Baltimore-1983], the children of Richard and Anna are:

1. John [1620-1687] - born in England and sailed with his parents..
The children presumed born in Windsor are:
2. Hannah [1634-1679] m James Eno [xxxx-1682]
3. Joseph [xxxx-1672] m widow Rachel Deane [1605-xxxx]
4. Samuel m Mary Hodgkinson
5. Richard

"Bydewell" "Biddle" alternate spellings. Original Saxon name is "Biddulph; i.e. "War Wolf." Seems to be org. of Counties Norfolk and Devon, per Genealogies and Biographies of Ancient Wethersfield, pg. 99.

Note: There is no other record of Richard sailing on the "Mary and John" in any other searches/records. Further investigation must be done.
