Gotlieb Dittus, aged 23 years, died at the home of his parents in Lynn township, on Friday, March 9th, of consumption. His funeral took place last Sunday, the remains being laid to rest in the Norman graveyard. He was an upright young man and early death is deeply regretted by all who knew him. He was a member of Company G, O.N.G., of this city. The company attended his funeral in a body, and conducted the funeral with military honors.
