Mrs English was employed as a key punch operator and supervisor with Associated Grocers in Colorado for 25 years retiring in 1990. She previously was a key punch operator with the American Angus Association. Raised in Agency and was a graduate of Agency High School. For 27 years she lived in Arvada Colo. She returned to St Joseph area in 1995. She was a member of the Agency Christian Church.
On Feb 2 1969 she married Robert L English in Denver. He survives of the home.
She was preceded in death by her parents W Henry & Mattie (Downing) Auxier; son Lorren McCollum; sisters Helen McGehee and Sue Kohler; brothers Charlie, Jack, and Lee Auxier and a great grandson Aric Dunn
Additional survivors: three daughters Sheryl Wigger, Olathe Kan; Jean Crawley, White Cloud Kan; and Joan Moutray, Savannah Mo; five sisters, Nettie Smith and Doris Lytton both of Agency; Pearl Peter of Colton Calif, Mary Stephens, Phoenix Az and Dixie Noland, St Joseph; 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
