Dustin Cody Caldwell was born Jan. 17, 1978, in Ardmore, and passed on June 1, 2013, at his home in Rus­sett.


Dustin attended schools in Mannsville and Ard­more. He liked being outdoors. As a child he had fun spending time at Papa Cody's in Gene Autry with his dad and cousins. Dustin especially enjoyed his home place in Russett, overlooking the pond he loved, where he swam and fished since childhood.


Survivors include daughter Carlee Caldwell, sons Gerry Dustin Caldwell and Nathaniel, mother Carolyn Kenedy Adams and husband Steve, siblings Jessica and Joshua Caldwell, grand­mother Alice Kenedy, nu­merous aunts, uncles and cousins, and special friend Mandy.


Dustin was preceded in death by his father, Walter Lee Caldwell, and grandparents Cody and Billye Caldwell and Ernest Kenedy.


Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and family hour from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Watts Funeral Home, Madill.


Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, June 7, at Watts Memorial Chapel, Madill. Burial will be at the Gene Autry Cemetery. Charles Dean will officiate the services.


Casket bearers are Charles Dean, Dakota Dean, Brandon Warren, Gary Caldwell, Dean Low­ery, John Meeks, Bobby Steckel and Monty Clay.
