Born in Chester, Idaho, a son of Joseph and Blodwen Williams Seeley, Hugh Mont Seeley attended school in Idaho and graduated from Wasatch Academy in Mt. Pleasant, Utah. Formerly married to Barbara Thompson, they had two children Scott and Sandra. They divorced and he later married LuDean Tucker Woodward in 1970 in the Logan LDS Temple. Making their home in Nibley, Mont worked for Glenn’s Electric until he retired. In 1993, they moved to Ogden for fifteen years, spending winter months living in St. George. Enjoying their friends, activities, going on tours and traveling to see their children and grandchildren in several states, he served in numerous calling as a faithful member of the LDS Church. He served as a master sergeant in the Cavalry with the U.S. Army during World War II in Los Alamos, New Mexico. Enjoying wood working projects, he loved riding and raising Arabian horses. Survived by his wife, LuDean; children: Sandra (Bill) Pimental, Scott (Aimee) Seeley, Kelly (Lisa) Wadsworth, Dean (Carol) Woodward, Jim (Terry) Woodward and Kathryn (Larry) Bittner; 14 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; sisters, Wilma Owens and Beth Hathaway; brothers, Elmo, Max, Dwayne and Lloyd Seeley. Mont died from complications of diabetes at the McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah at age 88.
