Deanne E. Cowen Scalley was born June 24, 1954 to Wilma A. Bishop and Robert John Cowen in Oroville, CA. She married David P. Scalley Feb. 12, 1972 in Sacramento, CA.
Dee moved with her first daughter Chrislyn & Dave to Eugene, OR in February 1975. It rained every day thru July 4.
Dave eventually found work with the City of Eugene as a Facility Maintenance Worker. Dee took classes at LCC and worked for Diamond Parking for many years. The birth of her second daughter, Anna, gave her new responsibilities as a mother, wife and homemaker.
Dee is survived by her husband, daughters, granddaughters, Lindsay & Natalie and her brother Joe Burgan of California. She is missed more than any words can say; but she is with our Lord Jesus now and we will embrace her again.
