Mallard Gibson Rumley, 74, died Saturday at his home on Case Knife Road, in Pulaski.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Julia Manuel Rumley; three daughters, Mrs. Mazie M. Byrd
of Baltimore, Md.; Mrs. Lois R. Harman of Richmond; Claudine C. Antonio of California; five sons. Elmo W. Rumley. Roulin C Rumley, and Clemons Rumley all of Detroit Mich.; Delavan C Rumley of Pulaski. and Donlin M, Rumley of San Antonio, Texas; two brothers, Garst Rumley of Hillsville and Bernard Rumley of Ohio: two sisters, Mrs. Lillie Thomas of Pulaski and Mrs. Cento Covey of Pulaski; three step-sons, Early, Robert, and William and one step-daughter, Mrs. Agnes Hoback of Pulaski.

Funeral services were held this morning at 11 at the Draper Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Brady Linkous, the Rev. Daniel Redpath, and the Rev. Dallas Jewell officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery. The body was removed from Strickler's Funeral Home one hour before the services.
