Clark worked as both a trooper and detective for the Indiana State Police for 35 years. He retired in 1960. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Martinsville Elks Lodge 1349 and Pioneers of Indiana State Police. After his retirement he worked for the Indiana Toll Road, Bureau of Motor Vehicles and Indiana State Department of Health.
His survivors include a nephew, Jerry Clark of Canada; a niece, Claudette Martin of Bloomington; two great-nieces and two great-nephews. Two brothers, Ralph and Harold Clark, also preceded him in death. His service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Neal & Summers Mortuary. The Rev. Christie Wareham will officiate.
