Jeanette sang in her ward choir and loved working in her yard up until her late 90s. One of the highlights of her life was singing in the choir at the dedication of the Oakland Temple in 1964. The most treasured gift she gave her children was the love she had for their father. All were touched by the way she cared for him at home the ten years he struggled with Alzheimer's.
