He died at 4:30 am at Tri City Convalescent Golden Age Hospital, 14475 Ituni, Baldwin Park, California of cerebral vascular hemorrhage. He had cerebral vascular arteriosclerosis for 2 years and generalized arteriosclerosis for 10 years. He was a self employed metal worker who worked in sheet metal manufacturing. He had lived in California for 6 months at 1765 North Puente, space 25, Baldwin Park, California. He was buried by Blackman Mortuary.
He was married to Helen Isabell Blair who was born 21 April 1897 in Canada and died 13 February 1982, she had lived in West Covina, Los Angeles County, California. Her mother's last name was Johnson.

A funeral service was held Jan. 2 in LaPuente, Calif., for Robert E. Aggson, 75, a former owner of a sheet metal firm in Springfield.
Mr. Aggson, who lived at Baldwin Park, died there Dec. 29. He was 75 years of age.
Prior to retiring, he owned and operated the Good Deal Metal Products Co. of 4322 Main St. from the late 1950s to 1969.
Survivors include his wife, Helen of Baldwin Park; two sons, Robert of Eugene, and Donald of San Dimos, Calif.; three daughters, Mary Jane Cameron and Irene Smithson of Kansas and Bonnie Henry of Hemet, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; and one sister, Dorothy Hauck of Azalea.

Larned - Robert Earl Aggson, 75, former Larned resident, died Sunday morning at Baldwin Park, California, after a long illness. Born 6 December 1899 at Ellwood, Nebraska, he married Mary Margaret Harr on 9 August 1920 at Larned. He was a sheet metal worker for the A.A. Doerr Merchantile Company of Larned until 1945.
He married Helen Isabel Johnson on 20 October 1945 at Yuma, Arizona, moving to California, where he was a sheet metal worker, retiring in 1965.
He was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses.
Survivors include the widow: sons: Robert George, Eugene, Oregon; Donald Thomas, San Dimas, California; daughters, Mary Jane Cammarn, Sublette; Bonnie Lillian Henry, Hemet, California; Alice Irene Smithson, Larned; sister, Mrs. Dorothy Hauck, Azalea, Oregon and ten grandchildren.
