The son of Samuel and Anna Endecott. John was christened at the South Church in Danver, MA by Rev. Mr. Prescott on June 9, 1717. He owned and lived on the "Orchard Farm" proper, containing the Govenor's homestead. John married Elisabeth Jacobs May 18, 1738. He died in 1783 at the age of 70.
