Helen Dale Lynch, age 92, died June 14, 2011 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri.
She was born August 20, 1918 in Pontotoc, Mississippi, daughter of the late John Karl and Virginia Pearn (Savely) Peters.
Mrs. Lynch was a member of the Sikeston Community Church.
On July 30, 1932 in Yellow Dog, Missouri she married Cecil Earl Lynch; he preceded her in death in 1969.
She is survived by two sons, John B. Lynch and Carl Melvin Lynch; three daughters, Helen Virginia Jaco, Anita Joyce Parker and Robbie Jo Haddock; 32 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and 25 great great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Rev. C.D. Cecil Dale Lynch and Donald Ray Lynch; four brothers, Charles Wesley Peters, John Albert Peters, Lester Louis Peters and John Carl Peters; and four sisters, Thelma Peters, Mary Virginia Kellick, Ellen Otillia Sweeney and Ethel Octava Brown.
Visitation was until time of funeral services at Ponder Funeral Home. Rev. Dewayne Coleman, pastor of Canalou Baptist Church, officiated.
Interment followed at the IOOF Cemetery in Charleston, MO.
